Overnight oats are quick, so incredibly easy, versatile and packed in a super cute mason jar. And these vanilla protein packed overnight oats are the best I’ve ever had.
Pour 1/2 cup quick oats into the bottom of your mason jar.
Next add 1/2 tbsp chia seeds.
Pour in 1/3 of your protein shake & 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk.
Slice 1/2 of a banana into pieces and add to mason jar.
Top with blueberries.
Close your jar and shake until all ingredients are mixed together.
Store in your refrigerator overnight.
