These 5 point sweet & spicy sriracha beef lettuce wraps are loaded with flavor, easy to make and just as good as your favorite take out order!
Spray a pan with cooking spray and toss in your mushrooms and bean sprouts. Cook over medium heat until cooked through.
Add in your ground beef and stir everything together.
While your beef is cooking, make your sauce!
In a small bowl, combine sriracha, soy sauce, fish sauce, rice wine vinegar, honey, stevia and the juice of a lim and stir together.
Once the beef is just about done, pour in your sauce and throw in the water chestnuts.
Turn the heat on low and let everything marinate.
After about 5-10 minutes of stirring everything together, your beef should be nice and saucy!
With a slotted spoon, place beef onto leaves of romaine lettuce.
Top with shredded carrots and purple cabbage.
