Quick, easy to make, loaded with pumpkin pie goodness and 4 WW Smartpoints for the entire jar, these Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats are just what I need to get me in the fall mood!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin pureed
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt nonfat
  • 1/2 tbsp pumpkin seeds pepitas
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar, combine rolled oats, almond milk, pureed pumpkin, chia seeds stevia and pumpkin pie spice.

  2. Stir everything together, place lid on jar and store in the refrigerator overnight.

  3. Before diving face first into the oats, top with greek yogurt, cinnamon and pumpkin seeds.
