Do you ever want to go out to your favorite Chinese restaurant and get lettuce wraps, but don’t feel like actually leaving your house? With these 5 point sweet & spicy sriracha beef lettuce wraps, I’ve got you covered!
What you will need to make these sriracha beef lettuce wraps
- 16 ounces 96% lean ground beef
- 3 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 lime
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 packet stevia
- 1 can water chestnuts
- ⅓ cup diced mushrooms
- ¼ cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup bean sprouts
- ¼ cup shredded purple cabbage
- Romaine Lettuce

How to make these 5 point sweet & spicy sriracha beef lettuce wraps
- Spray a pan with cooking spray and toss in your mushrooms and bean sprouts. Cook over medium heat until cooked through.
- Add in your ground beef and stir everything together.
- While your beef is cooking, make your sauce!
- In a small bowl, combine sriracha, soy sauce, fish sauce, rice wine vinegar, honey, stevia and the juice of a lim and stir together.
- Once the beef is just about done, pour in your sauce and throw in the water chesnuts.
- Turn the heat on low and let everything marinate.
- After about 5-10 minutes of stirring everything together, your beef should be nice and saucy!
- With a slotted spoon, place beef onto leaves of romaine lettuce.
- Top with shredded carrots and purple cabbage.
If you use large romaine leaves like I do, this recipe makes 4 wraps and is the perfect dinner for two! With a serving size of 2 lettuce wraps, these babies are 5 WW Smartpoints per serving and are just as good as any takeout restaurant.

- 2 tsp honey
- 1 packet stevia
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1/3 cup mushrooms diced
- 1/4 cup carrots shredded
- 1/4 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup purple cabbage shredded
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
Instructions

This recipe makes 4 wraps. With a serving size of 2 lettuce wraps, these babies are 5 WW smartpoints on the Green MyWW plan with the ingredients that I use. If you use different ingredients, or are a different MyWW plan, make sure to alter smartpoint count accordingly.
