This protein packed Fruity Pebbles banana bread takes the traditional banana bread to the next level and, let’s be honest, is just FUN!
Mash bananas into a mixing bowl.
Pour egg whites and water into the mashed bananas and mix.
Add in pancake mix and and ½ cup of Fruit Pebbles (set aside the remaining ½ cup of Fruit Pebbles to pour on top of loaf).
Pour batter into a parchment paper lined loaf pan.
Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of Fruity Pebbles on top.
Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
This recipe makes 8 large slices at 3 myWW smartpoints per slice on all three myWW plans based on the ingredients that I use. If you use different ingredients, make sure to adjust the smartpoints accordingly.
