Ingredients

  • 4 Hawaiian Rolls King's
  • 8 oz salmon canned
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp egg whites
  • 1/2 cup kale chopped
  • 2 oz Dill Sauce Santa Monica Seafood brand

Instructions

  1. Heat a frying pan on medium heat and spray with cooking oil (I use ghee spray for extra crisp).

  2. Combine 8 ounces of cooked canned salmon with egg whites and plain bread crumbs in a bowl.

  3. Mix with your hands until all ingredients are combined well.

  4. Form the salmon mixture into 4 equal sized patties.

  5. Place the salmon patties onto your hot frying pan and cook both sides until nice and crispy. (*note: the salmon is already cooked, so you are really just heating up the patties and crisping them up.*)

  6. Assemble the sandwiches by putting a cooked patty on each roll, ½ ounce of dill sauce and top with kale.

Recipe Notes

This recipe makes 4 sliders at 9 myWW smartpoints per slider on the green plan and 8 myWW smartpoints per slider on the blue and purple plans based on the ingredients that I use. If you use different ingredients, make sure to alter the smartpoints accordingly.
