Easy WW Fruit Pizza

When pizza and dessert combine, you get the best of both worlds! This Easy WW Fruit Pizza is 6 Smartpoints per serving and is bursting with flavor.

Servings 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup flour self-rising
  • 3/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1 packet Stevia
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 22 grams Sugar Free Jello-mix
  • 12 grams Cool Whip light
  • Fruit of your choice for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine ½ cup of nonfat Greek yogurt and ⅔ cup of self rising flour. Set aside the remaining ¼ cup of greek yogurt.

  2. Mix self-rising flour and yogurt together. NOTE: it will be incredibly sticky. Like, ruin the entire batch because 80% of it will stick to your hands sticky. I use my Kitchenaid mixer to do the mixing for me. If you don’t have access to a mixer, flour your hands and mix very slowly.

  3. As the flour and yogurt are mixing, slowly add in the cinnamon, vanilla extract and stevia.

  4. Once the dough is completely mixed together, place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper and with a rolling pin, roll out flat.

  5. Bake your crust at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

  6. As the dough is baking, take the remaining ¼ cup of greek yogurt and mix with 22 grams of jello mix.

  7. Once the crust is done baking, remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes.

  8. Once the crust is cool, spread your jello mixture onto the crust and then top with cool whip.

  9. Place fruit on top.
