These 7 Smartpoint quick and easy turkey bacon lettuce wraps are the low carb option to a club sandwich that you never knew you needed!

Ingredients

  • 3 romaine lettuce leaves large
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise light
  • 3 slices bacon ready cooked
  • 3 ounces turkey deli meat
  • 45 grams avocado

Instructions

  1. Tear three large leaves off a head of romaine lettuce. Lay flat.

  2. Spread mayonnaise on the lettuce leaves

  3. Heat up your bacon. I use ready cooked bacon for ease, but feel free to cook up some good old fashion slices of uncooked bacon.

  4. Top with turkey, bacon, avocado.

Recipe Notes

This recipe makes 3 large lettuce wraps at 7 smartpoints for all three, based on the ingredients that I use. If you use different ingredients, make sure to alter the points accordingly.
