Ingredients

  • 2 ounces salmon sushi grade
  • 2 ounces tuna sushi grade
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce citrus seasoned, Mizkan brand
  • 1 tbsp yuzu sauce
  • 1/2 cup seaweed salad
  • 2/3 cup sushi rice
  • 1/2 cup lettuce mixed greens
  • 27 grams avocado diced
  • 1/4 cup mango diced
  • 1/8 cup cucumber sliced
  • 2 tbsp wasabi S & B brand wasabi sauce
  • 1 tbsp jalapeno diced

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine fish, mango, cucumber, jalapeno, soy sauce and yuzu sauce.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine sushi rice and mixed greens.

  3. Pour the poke mixture from the mixing bowl onto of the rice and lettuce.

  4. Add sliced avocado and seaweed salad on top.

  5. Drizzle with wasabi sauce.
