These oven baked french dip sliders are such a fun and easy twist on everyone’s favorite french dip sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Flour self-rising
  • 3/4 cup 0% greek yogurt
  • 2 oz Roast Beef deli meat
  • 3 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 10.5 oz Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Corn Starch
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Horseradish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Make your two ingredient dough recipe by combining 3/4 cup self-rising flour and 3/4 cup 0% greek yogurt.

  3. Separate into four equal parts.

  4. Roll four equal parts into long flat oval shapes.

  5. Layer roast beef & swiss cheese onto two ingredient dough pieces.

  6. Roll up each piece and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

  7. Place into oven and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

  8. While the sammies are baking, start making your Au Jus.

  9. To make the Au Jus, mix one 10.5oz can beef broth, 1 tsp corn starch, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, ¼ tsp horseradish, dash of black pepper and sprinkle of garlic power in a saucepan on the stovetop on medium heat.

  10. Whisk until blended thoroughly and heated to desired temperature.

  11. Pour into ramekin or small bowl for dipping.

    *recipe makes enough au jus for 3-4 ramekins or small bowls, which will be more than enough for all your dipping desires*
