Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cauliflower riced, frozen from Trader Joes
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup flour self-rising
  • 1/2 tbsp margarine I Can't Believe It's Not Butter

Instructions

  1. Heat up one bag of frozen cauliflower in a pan. I use the frozen Trader Joes riced cauliflower, which is 12 ounces. You can also use raw cauliflower rice.

  2. Cook on medium heat until soft and tender.

  3. Place cooked cauliflower rice on a towel and twist & drain all excess water out of the cauliflower. Note: this step is incredibly important!! This is what helps the cauliflower crisp up in the oven. Try to get as much excess moisture out of the cauliflower as possible.

  4. Once the cauliflower is complained drained of moisture, pour into a mixing bowl.

  5. Mix the cauliflower with 1 egg, ⅓ cup self-rising flour and ½ tbsp margarine (I use I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter).

  6. Mix all 4 ingredients until completely combined.

  7. Pour the cauliflower crust mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and spread into the shape of your crust. This will some patience, but with the help of a spatula, you will be able to spread it out into a crust shape.

  8. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  9. After the crust is golden brown, take out of the oven, top with your desired pizza toppings and put back in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
