Fall is literally right around the corner (seriously, it’s officially 3 days away and I’m still not sure where the summer went!) and, despite the 100 degree temperatures that Los Angeles is currently having, I’m starting to feel all of the fall vibes with these pumpkin pie overnight oats!
We all know I live for a good jar of overnight oats. Quick, easy, packed with fuel to keep my going for the day..overnight oats is truly one of my favorite breakfast treats. What you will need for these pumpkin pie overnight oats
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup pureed pumpkin
- 1 packet stevia
- ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp nonfat greek yogurt
- ½ tbsp pumpkin seeds
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
How to make these overnight oats
- In a mason jar, combine rolled oats, almond milk, pureed pumpkin, chia seeds stevia and pumpkin pie spice.
- Stir everything together, place lid on jar and store in the refrigerator overnight.
- Before diving face first into the oats, top with greek yogurt, cinnamon and pumpkin seeds.

- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
