I’ve never met a pizza I didn’t like. And this homemade two ingredient pizza crust is no exception!
We all know it. We all love it. No, not Netlifx. TWO INGREDIENT DOUGH. Seriously, what can this dough not make? I, myself, have turned it into at least five different recipes, from appetizers to desserts (but more on that later). For now, let’s start with the classic: homemade two ingredient pizza crust.
If you are unfamiliar with this magical dough, it is equal parts self rising flour and nonfat Greek yogurt. That’s it. [okay, maybe a pinch of salt but that doesn’t count because then it would have to be called three ingredient dough, right?]
I want to go on and tell you all about how pizza means so much to me. How it is a staple in my life. How it is a weekly Friday night tradition in my household. But isn’t that the case for everyone?? Let’s face it, we all love a good pie. So, when I started my weight loss journey, pizza was one of the first meals I tried to recreate in a “healthier version”. I tried pizza’s on a tortilla, a Flatout wrap, a pita..all fine options but nowhere close to the real deal. Let’s be honest, a pizza on a tortilla is the equivalent to cauliflower rice. A totally fine substitution but anyone who says “it’s just as good, I can hardly tell a difference!” is definitely either lying or doesn’t have taste buds.
THIS STUFF, THOUGH. This dough is actual pizza dough. It even has my husband asking for pizza night at least once a week.

Homemade Two Ingredient Pizza Crust
I've never met a pizza I didn't like and this homemade two ingredient pizza crust is no exception!
Ingredients
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup fat free greek yogurt
- 2 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
Combine equal parts self-rising flour and nonfat Greek yogurt into a mixing bowl. I usually go with 1 cup of each, but feel free to make your pizza as big or little as you want.
Mix self-rising flour and yogurt together. NOTE: it will be incredibly sticky. Like, ruin the entire batch because 80% of it will stick to your hands sticky. I use my Kitchenaid mixer to do the mixing for me. If you don’t have access to a mixer, flour your hands and mix very slowly.
Add a tiny sprinkle of salt just to give the dough some flavor.
Once flour and yogurt are completely mixed together, take the dough out of the bowl and put onto a sheet of parchment paper.
Carefully roll the dough out into the shape of your crust.
Add any and all the toppings.
Pop in the oven for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
Stuff your face.
