I don’t know about you, but I absolutely love caesar salads! This creamy greek yogurt caesar salad dressing is incredibly simple, a fraction of the calories and tastes just as good as the real deal.
Have you ever wondered how to make your own caesar salad dressing? I have spent years loving these salads at restaurants but never fathomed making it at home. I’m not sure why, but the idea of making my own dressing seemed daunting and too much work. Not to mention, I would probably never get it right.
When WW first launched Freestlyle and announced that greek yogurt is zero points, I started making everything with yogurt. Pizza crust? Absolutely. Topping taco salads with yogurt instead of sour cream? Yes please.
It dawned on me – if greek yogurt could mix in so well with taco salads, why couldn’t it work with caesar salads?
A few attempts later – viola!
This creamy greek yogurt caesar salad dressing recipe involves less than 10 ingredients and whisks up in just a couple minutes. I call that a win! Not to mention, it does not contain any raw ingredients, so even my pregnant friends can enjoy it! (And being in my 30s, I all of a sudden have a lot of pregnant friends! 🙂 )
Please note: As the base of the dressing is yogurt, it will be thicker and creamier than regular Caesar Salad dressing. But that’s what makes it even better! 🙂
