In my opinion, yogurt parfaits are a treat and should be treated as such! Yogurt, fresh berries, honey, granola…all the best things in one bite. They are delicious, satisfying, healthy & easy to make, Eating them from a bowl is fine, but eating them from a baked honey oats crust is EVEN BETTER.
It’s true what they say: breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Unfortunately, mornings can sometimes be tricky and cooking a full breakfast can often not be in the cards. The best part about these crusts is that they can be made ahead of time and last for up to two days – making your morning breakfast regimen as easy as spooning some yogurt into a crust and topping with fresh fruit.
I love topping my yogurt bowls with a few heaping spoonfuls of granola and oats, so why not make a crust with the good stuff? How to make the baked honey oats crust
- Combine 1 cup quick oats, 1 banana, ½ tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract & 2tbsp honey in a bowl.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Spoon the crust mixture into four equal sized muffin tin sections. I make the perfect 3” crusts with these silicon muffin top tin’s from amazon.
- Using the back of your spoon, or your hands, press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of the muffin tins and up along the sides, creating small bowl shapes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 banana
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup strawberries
Instructions
Combine oats, banana, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract & honey in a bowl.
Mix all ingredients.
Spoon the crust mixture into four equal sized muffin tin sections.
Using the back of your spoon, or your hands, press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of the muffin tins and up along the sides, creating small bowl shapes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove baked crusts from muffin tin and top with yogurt and berries.
