I am forever looking for lunch options that are easy and delicious. When you only get an hour lunch break every day, and half of that lunch break is driving home, taking the dog out, feeding the dog, etc…it leaves your cooking time fairly limited. These 7 smartpoint quick and easy turkey bacon lettuce wraps are one of my favorite go-to’s. They include 5 simple ingredients, take less than 5 minutes to throw together and have all the good lunch time club sandwich vibes!

A club sandwich is the ultimate lunch meal, but can be loaded with calories and often take too long to throw together on a lunch break. These 7 smartpoint quick and easy turkey bacon lettuce wraps are the perfect healthy alternative to a club sandwich, and can be thrown together in just a few minutes! Not to mention, they are low carb and are guaranteed to be a hit with then entire family (hello bacon!)
What you will need for these 7 smartpoint lettuce wraps:
- 3 large leaves of Romaine lettuce
- 1 tbsp Light mayonnaise
- 3 slices bacon (I use ready cooked bacon)
- 45 ounces avocado
- Turkey lunch meat (I use Oscar Mayer brand)
Romaine lettuce has gotten a bad rap lately, but it is safe to eat again! The FDA just advises that you check the label first.
Some benefits of romaine lettuce are:
- high in minerals, such as calcium, phosphorous, magnesium, and potassium.
- It’s naturally low in sodium.
- It is packed with vitamin C, vitamin K, and folate.

These 7 Smartpoint quick and easy turkey bacon lettuce wraps are the low carb option to a club sandwich that you never knew you needed!
Ingredients
- 3 romaine lettuce leaves large
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise light
- 3 slices bacon ready cooked
- 3 ounces turkey deli meat
- 45 grams avocado
Instructions
Tear three large leaves off a head of romaine lettuce. Lay flat.
Spread mayonnaise on the lettuce leaves
Heat up your bacon. I use ready cooked bacon for ease, but feel free to cook up some good old fashion slices of uncooked bacon.
Top with turkey, bacon, avocado.
Recipe Notes
This recipe makes 3 large lettuce wraps at 7 smartpoints for all three, based on the ingredients that I use. If you use different ingredients, make sure to alter the points accordingly.
