But, seriously, who doesn’t love sausage, egg, cheese and pancakes? They are the classic breakfast foods for a reason! These 3 smartpoint WW pancake sliders are just as good and hit the spot every single time!

Some things are just not worth it and a 16 points breakfast sandwich is definitely not worth it. Especially when there are easy make-at-home versions for a fraction of the points. These 3 smartpoints WW pancake sliders taste just like a McGriddle but don’t break the smartpoints bank!
What you will need to make these pancake sliders
- ⅔ cup Kodiak Cakes protein waffle mix
- ½ cup egg whites
- 6 ounces Jennie-O lean breakfast sausage
- 1 ½ slices reduced fat American cheese
- (optional) I use this pan to make perfect mini pancakes and egg rounds
How to make these 3 smartpoint WW pancake sliders
- Heat pan on medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
- Mix ⅔ cup waffle mix with ⅔ cup water.
- Ladle pancake mix onto pan and make 12 mini pancakes
- As the pancakes cook, separate 6 ounces of sausage meat into 6 equal parts and form into patty shape.
- Cook the 6 patties on medium heat until cooked throughout.
- Cut 1 ½ slices of American cheese into 6 equal squares. Top the sausage patties with cheese squares.
- Once pancakes are done cooking, respray the pan and pour your egg whites to make 6 round egg patties.
- Assemble sliders and ENJOY.
